“Burajiru Grand Chef” is the name of gastronomy competition organized by Consulate General of Brazil in Tokyo. The winner was decided in November 17. Seven Brazilians were selected. They had to prepare their recipes in front of the judges.

The winner was Ronaldo Ishizaka who works in Tokyo. He received the trophy made by TMK. This trophy symbolizes a knife and fire.

The CEO of TMK, Tomio Tadocoro, was in the ceremony too in Tokyo. “The company always collaborates with the Consulate because it`s a good example for Brazilian community”, said Tadocoro.
